Venue Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Venue Supervisor to join the team at The Cove in Patterson Lakes.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising the venue during service, supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently and in line with all regulatory and company requirements.Working closely with the Venue Manager, you will lead by example on shift, support and coach team members, maintain high service standards and help drive the venue's operational and financial performance.* Must have availability for Nights & Weekends About the VenueThe Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes.The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marinaPegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria.
